Fay did an outstanding job for us. - she was very patient when the market didn't offer what we were looking for (and didn't try to talk us into something else) - she had a really good sense for prices and would say what's too high, what's priced well, what's priced to sell quickly/attract multiple offers...and she was always right - she never tried to talk us into doing something we didn't want to (offers, pricing, terms) but had our back and gave us solid advice on how to get what we wanted at a good price with low risk - we had a very difficult purchase (estate sale with 3 parties involved, at times uncooperative/bordering hostile listing agent) and Fay was able to get us through it successfully - Fay has attention to detail and found loopholes/mistakes in the seller's counter offer we could use to our advantage - she or someone from her team were always available on short notice for showings, questions, writing offers etc. I have worked with multiple realtors over the years and Fay has clearly stood out - would work with her again in a heart beat!
