Moving to the United States from France in 1975, Fay has been an active Real Estate professional since 1988. With degrees in both French Literature, and Accounting, Fay brings over 33 years of award winning experience to the table. Among her many accolades, Fay sold an average of 60 million dollars of real estate per year. This production has ranked her as being in the top 1% of realtors.
Along with her expertise in selling existing homes, Fay has also established relationships with many of the eastside's premier builders, to provide her clients with new construction homes. Fay's passions outside her profession include her 2 children, philosophy, psychology, yoga, meditation, traveling and her extended family.
Brittany came to the Besharat team in April of 2013. Prior to joining Sotheby's, Brittany was the Event Coordinator and worked in marketing for Comprehensive Payment Recovery Services from 2008 until 2013. Brittany's enthusiasm for real estate and passion for working with, and helping people is what ultimately lead her to the Besharat team.
