Fay and her team worked with our family as we were making a difficult decision on which direction to take with our parents home. Fay is great about taking phone calls; all hours of the day or night to put our minds at ease. She and her team kept in constant contact with via e-mail as well. Karina came to the house on a Saturday for us to sign final paperwork as we are spread in different directions. In the end, Fay brought a buyer for the price we wanted before the house made it on the market which made it such a smooth transaction. It was definitely a win/win situation for all involved.
