We would like to convey our gratifying experience concerning Fay Besharat and the home purchasing effort she recently did for us. Being a successful real estate agent on the East Side means that she has a lot going on at any particular time, but through her work style she treats every transaction like it is the only one she has.

Fay is very knowledgeable about the real estate market on the East Side of Lake Washington and particularly in and around the City of Kirkland. She listened very intently to what criteria we wanted in a home, showed us a few samples to gain an understanding of what we meant and then did an excellent job of showing us quality homes that met our criteria. The insightful effort on her part allowed us to efficiently locate a home that was just right for us.

Locating a home is only a part of the overall real estate transaction; one must still go through the offer process. This is where Fay's experience really began to show. This was what turned out to be a complex offer and Fay's attention to detail and continuous communication allowed us to follow through to closing. She went far beyond what other Agents have done for us in the past. After this experience, we would definitely want her as our Agent for any real estate transactions we may have in the future.

On a personal level, Fay is very easy to work with. She is understanding of what buyers and sellers are experiencing and can sense and direct her energy to comfort you. This is maybe something that one would not expect from someone who has so much going, but perhaps this is yet another reason why she is so successful.
