It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for the outstanding service that Fay and her staff provided me in the sale of my Kirkland townhouse. It is on rare occasion that I give someone a written recommendation as I am quite discerning and have a high bar for excellence. But, Fay and her staff have clearly earned my highest recommendation and continued business.

Prior to listing with Fay, my home was listed with a Century 21 agent. After five discouraging months and two disheartening price chops, I contacted Fay. From my very first conversation with her, I was impressed by Fay's professionalism, her knowledge, her experience, and most of all, her confidence. She quickly identified the major issues preventing the sale of the home - poor staging, weak marketing, sharp and rapid deadline in price, and length of time on the market. At her advice, I took the property off the market for a couple of weeks. During that time, she had an interior decorator stage the home so well that I almost fell in love with it again. Her photographer was able to capture the true charisma of my home without misleading or deceptive photography. And finally, she actually re-listed my home AT A HIGHER PRICE than what it was previously listed. Now, you don't need to be a real estate expert to realize this, but it is very dilficult to sell a home at a price that is higher than what it had been previously listed for live long months. And further, Fay was so confident of her strategy that she predicted a sale of my home within 60 days and within a margin of $5,000 of the listing price. The outcome? My home sold within 3 weeks of listing within the margin of error Fay had predicted!

So far, I've only talked about Fay‘s contribution. But l would he remiss if I didn't acknowledge the role her talented staff played in the transaction. Her staff was very friendly, proactive, and took care of all the “little things" that no one seems to get right nowadays. l have no doubt that their contribution allowed Fay to focus on other more important aspects of selling my home.
