My fiance and I were trying to find the best real estate agent in the Seattle area, specifically someone with East Side expertise (Kirkland, Bothell, Bellevue, Redmond, etc.). We were living in Los Angeles at the time and had a timeline to be living in the Seattle area. We made sure we reached out to multiple real estate agents for an introduction and get a feel for their style over the phone. I must say there was nobody like Fay Besharat- when I asked her a question, she didn't just answer with a "No" or a "Yes." She went out of her way to explain every answer in detail and to give me facts and data behind her answers. This gave me a lot of confidence in her expertise. However, what really made us know Fay was the right agent for us, was the warmth and caring character/ personality we noticed she executed during our phone conversations. Additionally, she was the only Real Estate Agent to follow up with an email after our initial conversation further introducing herself and her team letting me know that it'd be a pleasure to work with my fiance and I. Moreover, during my week of Agent Research, she'd be the only agent that I would receive emails regarding the housing market as well as additional first-home buyer tips. Fay was able to meet my fiance and I during our short visit to Seattle from LA. She accommodated our hectic schedules, and was very patient during our house hunting process. Being new home owners, we asked a lot of questions, and never once did Fay seem frustrated; instead, she conducted further research and used appropriate sources to get us all the answers we needed. Fay is very knowledgable about the the market as well as neighborhoods in the area. I had a big checklist when house hunting, and Fay was able to guide us in the right direction every time. Initially, I was disappointed because I couldn't find a home in my desired area; however, with Fay's guidance we were able to find the perfect home in an amazing area with the characteristics I was looking for!! :) We've been in the house now for a couple weeks, and Fay has checked in with us, even after we closed, to see how Seattle and our new home is treating us. She has even recommended different service providers to us, including house cleaning, locksmiths, and well, the list could go on and on. I can't say enough about Fay.
