It was this approach that eventually led us to our "dream home" during our next visit. Even alter we fell in love with this property, your meticulousness in arriving at a fair price and negotiating the beat price for us went above and beyond your call of duty. This was extremely well complimented by your network of inspectors, bankers, escrow agents, handymen etc., who belabored through the final phase of the "closing process" to facilitate a rapid closing in less than 3 weeks of the contract. lt was a superb team effort!

AVAILABILITY
Finally, I want you to know that your 24/7 availability did not go unnoticed by us. You were always reachable on vacations, late evenings and weekends, and never hesitated us reaching you at home, cell phone or email. This was a big
contributing factor in the success of our deal.
