Fay did a great job helping us finding a condo. I highly recommend her as she has valuable experience. She knows the market and helps the buyer/seller avoiding mistakes. She negotiated on our behalf and really helped us. She is also highly responsive and respectful in communications (usually responds really fast within a few minutes even after hours or early in the morning)
