We leased a house in Kirkland and Fay was the property manager. Although there were several repairs that needed to be made, her communication was excellent. The repairs were well managed in a timely manner that minimized any inconvenience for us. She was respectful and helpful throughout, especially as we transitioned to our next location. Fay managed all preparation and showings in a thoughtful and professional manner. Though she was representing the owner, she created an excellent record of service with us. I would not hesitate to engage her whether purchasing or leasing a home.
