Just a note to let you know what a positive experience I had with Fay Besharat as my realtor. Being a longtime Kirkland resident l was able to ask many people which realtor they would recommend to sell my house and Fay‘s name seemed to come up often. She had sold two of my neighbor's homes, but the recommendations came from several others. Selling my home alter 22 years and being a single working mother was a bit scary as I was on my own to make decisions. l interviewed several realtors, and although all seemed very competent, I immediately felt at ease with Fay.
From the onset Fay was in constant communication with me on every detail. It seemed that if I thought of something to ask her, before I could cell she would have already thought of it.She has an assessment, Lindal, who is the treasure. She filled in wonderfully whenever Fay was not immediately available.
The flyer box was never out of flyers. On one very busy weekend I left a message for Fay that the last flyer was picked up on Sunday evening. The next morning when I was leaving for work I noticed it was already filled. She did lots of advertising-in fact more than any of my friends seem to have for their homes on the market. When my son was home for this summer I requested that the house not be shown before noon and that was immediately taken care of. There was even a sign on the door in case someone just happened to be driving by with a client.
Mostly l want to stress the ease of communication with Fay. When we (rarely) would have different ideas on marketing, she would always defer to my decision without ever making me feel defensive in any way. She always made it clear she was “working for me". When pricing the house Fay was not the lowest nor the highest, and let me make the final decision with her experience as a guide. During the heat of the summer when things slowed a bit I would get a call of encouragement and an update of her plans. I felt free to call her with even the most elementary question.
Now that we are about to close the deal, she is watching every detail and deadline. Selling a house is a very complicated legal and emotional process and l am so glad to he working with someone l have so much trust. l am sure there were times when l was very stressed when talking with Fay, but the conversation always ended with my mind at case.
Looking for great realtor? Call Fay Besharat! I am so glad I listened to my friends.
