It gives me great satisfaction to recommend Fay Besharat and her wonderful team. I am a very happy and satisfied customer of hers.

Last year she accepted to be our realtor in a very special situation. The property we were selling had no garage and the floor plan was not really what you would expect for almost a 1 Million dollar house. We were afraid that we would never sell it or, atleast not for the price we wanted. But, Fay came into our mind and we called her. She, in a very professional and kind way, put our fears to rest. She recommended a marketing strategy that proved to do wonders for us.

For the next 3 months, our house was featured everywhere. The house was seen hundreds of times and naturally, offers came in. What we thought would never sell, she made happen in three months.

I forgot to mention, When Fray took over the job, the house had been on the market for 5 months and nobody cared for it. I wish i had hired her right from the beginning. Silly me!
