We asked the managing broker of two local real estate firm to recommend the best 2 or 3 agents in their offices for listing our house. Then we interviewed each agent and asked them to provide 1) references, 2) example of a flyer, 3) a marketing plan, 4) listing and sales statistics for the last year and , 5) a CMA. You immediately impressed us by having all the information we requested in a well format and going back for 3 years instead of only one. What's more, you had all the information ready almost before we asked about it. Needless to say our direction to decision to list with you was easy.

Your organizational skills and planning made the whole process run smoothly. By giving us a calendar with detailed information on dates for open houses and an advertising plan even before the house went on the market, we were able to make our plans accordingly. Your advice on the timing of putting our house up for sale was apparently right as we had a lot of interest in the house from the very beginning. And after 26 days of potential buyers coming through our home, we received two offers and accepted one. We know have a calendar for closing and a contact for our new location. Thanks to the prompt sale of the house, we now have the luxury of taking our time with our new home purchase.
