Approximately three years ago I told Fay l was interested in purchasing a building in Kirkland to use for my practice. Kirkland has a limited amount of commercial property and it is difficult to purchase smaller parcels as there are many potential buyers and few listings. Anytime a commercial property became available. Fay would call us. We looked at several properties, but all needed substantial modifications or were not in our price range. In July 2002 Fay called regarding a property listed for less than 24 hours. We viewed the property and immediately made an offer. While writing the offer, she called the listing agent and learned other offers were also being made. We really appreciated Fay's insight on the amount for a down payment and an acceptable contingency. These were important issues to assure our offer would be accepted by the seller.

My husband and l appreciated Fay's continued interest in helping us find a suitable commercial building in Kirkland. Other agents would have become discouraged. Three years is a long time for an agent to represent a purchaser. We would recommend Fay‘s services to anyone wishing to purchase property in the greater Kirkland area.
