lf you want to sell or buy a home there is no one that we would recommend more highly than Fay Besharat. My wife and l were married in July of 2003 and decided that neither of our homes would be right for our family. Fay sold both of our houses, which had a combined value of over $4 Million, for full price. During the entire process there was never a question of who she was working for. Her calm confidence even during difficult negotiations was always invaluable. Not once did we ever feel that Fay was concerned about “making a commission“ - she always put us first.

On both sales she came to us with a very thorough analysis of our properties value and a solid marketing plan. which she followed through on completely. She was never hesitant to spend her money on advertising and our properties constantly had activity. Her support staff always made sure that we knew what was happening at all times and each month we had a calendar of planned activities, such as advertising, open houses and brokers opens.

During the time we were selling our homes we also purchased a new home using Fay. Her ability to sell a home is matched equally with her ability to make purchasing a home a joy! We probably looked at over 50 houses is less than a month. Fay and her staff were always available, prompt, accurate, courteous and personable throughout our search. We made offers on several homes and again Fay never pushed us to “Make a Deal". She kept us patient and when we had found the right home she was able to negotiate a very favorable deal for us.
