- l was presented with an aggressive and thorough marketing plan. I was encouraged to maximize my profits in establishing a sale price as well as given realistic expectations of the current market.
- The property was advertised on a regular basis throughout the region in print and internet media. Open houses were held twice a month. Directional signs to the property were posted in the neighborhood I was given frequent feedback from visiting realtors and potential buyers. The for sale sign box with the advertising flyers was regularly checked and never allowed to stand empty.
- Necessary documents and sale papers were delivered directly to me in person, picked up in person and immediately delivered to potential buyers. l never had to leave my home.
- This is the first time I have ever sold my home so l consider myself very inexperienced in the process. At every step of the way Ms. Besharat and her staff were encouraging and supportive of me.
