Dear Fay,

We are very excited about our approaching move. I hope you had an enjoyable holiday, although as usual i suspect you managed to keep very busy. Just wanted to pass on that my neighbor and mortgage broker's assistant Melissa was very complimentary of Lyndal in her efficient and prompt response to all requests. She really has been on top of things sand has been wonderful to work with. Lyndal, Violet, the photographer (John ?), … you've put together a very good team - bravo!
