Fay and her team are a complete package. When Fay agrees to list your house, she swoops in with an assistant, a title person, a financing person, a designer/stager, and your choice of a handyman. In other words, an army. Things get checked off your list and your calendar, tick, tick, tick. She has a deep knowledge of the Kirkland market. We sold our house in 2.5 hours on the day of the brokers open, over asking price and with no inspection or financing contingencies.
