Once again. Thank you.

Our recent real estate transaction with you was the most remarkable of my twenty-five year real estate career. We went to market Friday, received multiple offers on Saturday, and accepted an offer Monday over the asking price. Two weeks later we closed the transaction.

This was our sixth transaction with you in the past three years. All transactions went smoothly, in large part because of you and your professional staff.

I don't know how you intend to improve with our next transaction, but I am sure you will. I look forward to more real estate business with you.
