After several months of search, our family has just purchased a beautiful dream house in Kirkland with Fay Besharat's help. As longtime Seattle area residents, over the years we have had to work with many real estate agents in purchase or sell of our homes. The experience that we have just gone through with this recent purchase has been unlike any other. This house had couple of issues with respect to the roofing and the siding. Over the course of several weeks, we went through multiple inspections with the most reputable professionals in their respective fields, got bids and quotes from multiple sources, often on a very short notice (this was due to special relationship that Fay has established with them over the years). At the end, all the discovered issues were either fully repaired or handled to our full satisfaction. We both have very demanding jobs and have little time to spare. Fortunately we didn't have to worry about this purchase as we always felt we were in good hands with Fay's expertise. Through these interactions, we got tremendous respect for Fay's handling of communication as she kept us in loop every step of the way; Fay's persistent pursuit and superb negotiation skills with the sellers and their agent, kept things moving forward. Fay also has a great staff who all worked diligently to help us out including working closely with our lender for the necessary paperwork.

Overall we felt we were represented very well and did not have to worry about anything as Fay was on top of every aspect of this transaction. We can't tell you enough how satisfied we are with Fay. She is truly exceptional and we highly recommend her to all of our friends. Fay's integrity, and client commitment and dedication makes her stand out as the BEST in this business, in our opinion. Fay was very accessible and was always there to answer our questions, even in the late hours of the night and weekends to our surprise. We are very happy customers and now truly believe we have a good friend in this business, someone who we can fully trust and someone who we know fully takes care of every facet of the transaction for her clients. She doesn't cut corners and isn't there to just close the deal. Fay truly cares and we highly recommend her.
