We bought a condo under-price in a seller market. Also, she has a lot of great connections in the market; from lender to escrow to property maintenance. Although our purchase price was minimal, she credited us 33% of her commissioning fee, and also she helped us rent our condo. All free of charge. I am buying the condo in seattle while living in California, and her service for renting my unit was a great help. Although I have experienced several realtors in the seattle market, I am confident I found my agent for my future investments.
